Job summary
The Pricing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic pricing frameworks across Ecolab's Pharma & Personal Care division in Europe and International Markets.This role is critical to ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and pricing governance in a rapidly globalising and consolidating market. The role will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to implement value-based pricing strategies and drive pricing excellence.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize interpret complex data provide actionable insights into broader themes trends Excellent communication stakeholder management abilities are also essential.
Responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive pricing framework including governance policies processes tactical guidelines for commercial organization. ,
- Develop value-based pricing strategies across full product lifecycle-from launch to phase-out-ensuring alignment business objectives ,
- Establish competitive pricing process that supports strategic decision-making aligned global regional local levels. ,
- Oversight channel price setting managing change processes EU/AP distributor networks.
