    We are seeking a Team Lead for HSE Advisory 1 (Europe and US) within OF EXE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an international team of HSE Advisors - both Internal and Third Party Contractors. You will be a central person for HSE-related matters within your area of responsibility, reporting directly to Head of HSE Advisory for Offshore Execution. Being a team member in OF EXE HSE provides exposure to a culturally diverse department, with offices located in Denmark, Poland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.

    How to contribute to our vision

    You will be central to shaping an expanding team, defining, and continually improving HSE standards within HSE Advisory to ensure effective and efficient performance and support for OF EXE sites. Your team will provide support to project execution, and coordinate improvements with various internal stakeholders such as project management, construction management and others. In the function, you will also support in developing and implementing strategic HSE improvement actions in your area of responsibility.

    We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence, an individual capable of creating close bonds and cooperating with a diverse stakeholder group.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    · To support in creating a Safe and Healthy work environment through proactive support across all functions and provide dedicated support to management, project and site teams.

    · You will drive HSE improvement on sites through consistent implementation and monitoring of processes used on site.

    · To support with the identification of gaps in working practices and support development of local documentation.

    · We want you to build a strong partnership with Site Management to support the growth of a strong culture built on trust and visible leadership.

    · To functionally and disciplinary manage the HSE Advisors allocated to HSE AD1 department in OF EXE.

    · The ability to assess and analysis HSE performance data and identify trends and communicate areas of improvements and effective control measures.

    · To define / support OF EXE in developing global processes and documentation on HSE aspects and impacts to ensure a consistent OF EXE wide standard.

    · We expect you to support with the coaching of projects in OF EXE to fulfil their HSE responsibilities and increase HSE awareness and leadership.

    · Define yearly improvement actions for your area of responsibility whilst feeding into OF EXE and overall HSE Strategies.

    · Assess incidents and ensure that thorough investigation process is implemented and escalate if required ensuring corrective action implementation goes beyond one area.

    · You have a strong background in contractor management and working to align a "one working" HSE approach.

    · To ensure high quality stakeholder management internally and externally.

    · To have a broad experience in dealing with enforcement and other authorities' bodies, agencies and entities.

    · You will be communicating and collaborating with other HSE team members across the business to share learning and develop best practice.

    What you need to make a difference

    In addition to a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

    · Experience in managing international teams of HSE Professionals.

    · Project-based experience in the field of Wind Turbine construction and experience with stakeholder management.

    · An experienced manager with high level leadership skills supported through a recognizable program.

    · Relevant education in HSE such as NEBOSH Diploma or 3rd level degree in the subject of Health, Safety and Environmental Management is required. Other equivalent qualifications will be considered.

    · Desirable for the candidate to be a chartered member of IOSH (CMIOSH) or equivalent.

    · Extensive root cause analysis experience with suitable qualification recognized globally.

    · Demonstrable experience of providing pragmatic EHS guidance and sound problem-solving ability

    · A team player with a passion for continuous improvement, good people management skills and the ability to motive and engage team members/colleagues.

    · You have a high degree of accountability and commitment.

    · Fluency in English is required

    · Frequent international travel is expected
