    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and operational strategies to optimize efficiency and maximize revenue. Key responsibilities include assisting in planning, data analysis, preparation of information for process execution and performance management, subcontractor collaboration and master data accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and track monthly, mid-year, and yearly planning activities to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Manage milestones to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Update and maintain the order book, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the availability of accurate and reliable forecasts.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making in sales and operations planning.
  • Ensure master data accuracy to facilitate effective planning and reporting processes.

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving;
  • Very good English is a must;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting;
  • Knowlegde of SAP.
