Job Scope:

The Outside Sales Engineer will manage and grow the assigned sales territory in Southern Poland by supporting existing customers and generating new business in line with Bray Controls Poland's sales strategy. This role involves planning and executing sales activities, identifying market opportunities, and delivering technical expertise to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key link between customers and the sales organization, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships.
  • Manage incoming orders and ensure profitability within the assigned territory.
  • Drive both operational and strategic development of the existing customer base.
  • Identify, acquire, and retain new customers to expand market presence.
  • Present, promote, and represent the full product assortment to customers and partners.
  • Deliver customer training sessions on the company's product portfolio.
  • Provide technical support across the entire product offering and during sales projects.
  • Lead contract negotiations through to successful closure.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to represent the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project data within the CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in an Outside Sales role in the valve industry or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical skills to solve problems and find best solutions to convey a message.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Polish and English
  • Ability to travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Technical background with the ability to read engineering drawings is a must.
