    TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland,  which aim is to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in IT / banking industry. The project can be attended by people who are students or graduates (up to 12 months after graduation). We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies.

     Join our team as a Python Developer Intern 

    We are seeking a motivated and passionate Python Development Intern to join our crossfuncional agile teams. We offer valuable hands-on experience in software development, specifically focusing on Python and SQL scripting.

    As an Intern you will have the opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and contribute to the advancement of our IT solutions.

    The Sales Analytics cluster as a part of the BDAA key area services the segments corporate customers as well as private and business customers.

    We combine and consolidate the bank's data to identify customer needs and transform them to sales opportunities using customized analytical models.

    Our modern interactive dashboards covering various areas of the banking business provide the conclusive argumentation to convince the customers to our sales colleagues.

    We then create transparency in the measures of sales success integrated in our unique dashboard product family. The development of new data-based products such as the pay-per-use credit completes our range of services
    Which technology & skills are important for us? 


    • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
    • Basic knowledge of Python and SQL
    • Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
    • Willingness to learn
