- Should have worked in a few / mix of the mentioned areas:
- Worked on at least 1 end to end implementation including Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Business Processes
- Functional/Implementation experience for Coupa/ Ariba/ E-procurement technologies, specifically Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure, Invoicing, Expense, Pay and eForms
- Knowledge of Coupa/ Ariba on Demand, Coupa Community, Infrastructure, Integration Layers
- Responsible for understanding the As-Is process and end to end requirements and translating them to functional specifications so as to propose the To-Be process
- Responsible for Procurement system configuration in line with client business process
- Responsible for performing user acceptance testing and system integration testing along with customer
- system users and technical team
- Responsible to document all customer business process and to prepare process documentations and
- user guide for configuration
- Responsible to conduct training sessions for customers and suppliers
- Responsible for go-live preparation and go-live readiness status check
- Responsible for post go-live hyper care period support
- Understanding of source to pay processes and the technology landscape
- Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role

- Strong Higher Degree from Tier-1 institutes with min 5 years of relevant business or consulting experience

- Knowledge of implementing Ariba (or comparable) system (in addition to user know-how),
- System requirements collections, design, configuration, testing and supporting
- Experience in Advanced Excel and Power Point
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the role
