    The company develops and maintains complex platforms across aviation, finance, B2B commerce, and recruitment, with all engineering done internally to ensure clear ownership, fast feedback, and high technical quality.


    responsibilities :
    Participate in architectural discussions and decisions together with the teamWrite, adapt, and maintain backend code using appropriate technologies and frameworksDevelop automated tests and follow TDD practicesImprove and optimize interactions with databasesBuild and maintain system components using RabbitMQConfigure and maintain full-text search solutionsConfigure Linux virtual servers and diagnose production issuesParticipate in code reviews and maintain code quality using GitLabCreate and maintain clear and up-to-date API documentationCollaborate closely with frontend developers to find optimal technical solutionsrequirements-expected :Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with PHPExperience with Symfony, Slim, or other PHP frameworksAt least 3 years of experience working with Linux environmentsExperience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQLExperience with message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar)

    Understanding of backend architecture and system integrationExperience working with Git and participating in code reviews (GitLab preferred)English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with colleagues and project managersoffered :
