- Create and set up customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, and retention via email, push notifications, and in-app comms.
- Configure user segments and workflows for personalized communication.
- Map communication logic for newly registered users (using and Mixpanel).
- Optimize existing campaigns through A/B testing.
- Maintain documentation on workflows, segmentation, and scoring.
- Ensure database quality and hygiene.
- Analyze data for growth opportunities and insights.
- Share results and competitive insights with the team.
- Collaborate with various teams to introduce new campaigns and solutions.
- Work closely with Backend team on integrations and mail sequences.
- 3+ years of marketing automation experience for digital platforms (B2B2C SaaS preferred).
- Proficiency in marketing automation for emails, push, and in-app notifications.
- Languages: C1 Polish, B2 English.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in creating dynamic content in CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills for user segmentation and A/B testing.
- Data analysis proficiency and familiarity with Mixpanel/Amplitude.
- Extreme attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.
