    Opis

    The Analytics Engineer Role:

    • Responsible for managing the entire data value chain, from data sources to business insights
    • Collects business requirements, models data, builds data pipelines, creates data visualizations, and supports decision-making based on data
    • Utilizes various technologies across the data life cycle and works with diverse datasets
    • Acts as a bridge between the business and technology worlds, facilitating understanding and communication
    • Turns business requirements into actionable data products like reports and analyses in collaboration with stakeholders

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Python and experience with Looker
    • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, Python data visualization frameworks like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly
    • Experience with GCP and Spark messaging systems
    • Understanding of Data Modeling for efficient storage and retrieval aligned with business needs
    • Ability to lead discussions with clients for identifying improvement opportunities

    Responsibilities:

    • High-level Looker maintenance including instance monitoring, user role management, troubleshooting, and new model & data connection configurations
    • Close collaboration with business users to support their reporting needs and Looker usage
    • Building data pipelines, implementing data transformations, ad hoc analysis, and visualization
    • Data validation, testing, and implementing data models in a BI tool

    Requirements: Looker, Python, BI tools, GCP

    Spark Tools: Jira, Git Lab, GIT, Jenkins / Git Lab, Agile
