    About the role. You will:
    • Be involved in consulting or implementation teams for IT projects in the financial sector, particularly within insurance companies
    • Perform business analysis, specify functional requisites, test developed solutions, and provide support for UATs
    • Collaborate closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
    • Challenge yourself by taking on various roles and tasks in an international setting
    • Act as an integral part of an Agile team and take responsibility for your assigned topics
    About the requirements. You need:
    • Prior professional experience in IT projects within the financial industry, preferably in insurance or bancassurance
    • To demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex issues
    • The capacity to apply analytical thinking and synthesis to effectively communicate your work outcomes
    • A strong ability to engage with clients from the financial realm in a professional capacity
    • Aptitude for rapid learning in a supportive but challenging global environment
    • Enjoy collaborating with diverse experts in a team setting
    • Availability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis
    • Hold at least a bachelor's degree
    • Proficiency in English, enabling confident collaboration with native English speakers
    • Good command of French language, at a minimum B2/C1 level
    About the wishes. Nice to haves:
    • Familiarity with insurance business processes
    • Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT sectors, particularly in insurance or bancassurance
    • Skills in team leadership and management
    • Knowledge of additional languages
    • Willingness to work with clients abroad, with travel comprising up to 50% of your working hours, despite the main office being in Poland
