    Job Description

    Your main responsibilities

    • Assist organization with various strategic reporting tasks, including business units operating plans preparations, strategic initiatives progress monitoring and regular reporting to the Board of Directors
    • Ensure consistency among documents (Slides, text documents and spreadsheets), collecting data and preparing necessary presentation materials (i.e. Board of Directors reporting presentation)
    • Be responsible for timely information flow and smooth reporting process coordination, including providing support where needed by connecting people across organizations and support in solving issues
    • Work with senior stakeholders across the organization and organizational structure levels
