Technologies-expected : Oracle about-project : Join our dynamic team as a Net Suite Lead, overseeing financial and procurement Net Suite ERP system.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our financial and procurement teams, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

responsibilities :
Administration and support of financial Net Suite ERP system.

Gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing solution designs, and implementing them technically within our Net Suite ERP system.

Managing system access, user roles, saved searches, reports, forms, controls, workflows, and third-party extensions.

Ensuring successful testing and implementation of new configurations and version upgrades.

Documenting configuration and application changes and providing user training.

Maintaining and improving system integrity.

requirements-expected : Bachelor's in accounting (CPA preferred), Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.

4+ years of implementation and administration experience in financial information systems or related positions with Oracle Net Suite ERP.

Implementation and project management experience with Net Suite accounting, bookkeeping, and procurement modules.

Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts, financial planning, financial reporting, procurement processes, governance, financial controls, and validation methods.

Deep knowledge of Net Suite admin and automation tools: Suite Flow, Suite Bundler, Suite Talk (principle understanding, no need to code).

Experience with integrations of third-party apps and data with Net Suite.

Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and project management skills.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to multitask under pressure and service-oriented mindset.

Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and quick learner.

Collaborative approach in a team environment and with stakeholders.

Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker.

English at a high level (spoken and written).

Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
