- Manage quotation of long-tailed renewals
- Ensuring data in Salesforce opportunities and quotes are accurate with appropriate pricing increases for renewal quote delivery to customers/partners
- Become subject-matter-expert and point-of-contact for long-tailed renewals and managing queries and escalations
- Support Renewals SVP and team leads on reporting to ELT and other projects (e.g. closed loop process, renewals backlog, etc)
- Project lead for business process and improvement initiatives
- Other responsibilities may be assigned
- Bachelors in a business-related field is preferred.
- English language
- 2 - 5 years of related work experience in project management or relevant operations work.
- Familiarity with Excel, Salesforce and PowerPoint is required.
- Ability to work 80-90% on-site from our office in Bielsko-Biała
