    Opis
    As a Lead Engineer, you'll help design and develop our services as well as preparing them to scale to the demands of millions of users. This might include working with the Product team on new products and features,creatingor modifying our core services and applications in our quest to help shoppers and retailers connect in new ways.

    What you'll do:
  • Provides leadership and initiative in the overall coordination of designs and, developments;
  • Troubleshoots and debugs highly complex software programs for enhancements and new products;
  • Responsible for highly complex concept design through the full development life cycle;
  • Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests;
  • Coaches others in less senior positions;
  • Perform code review.
    • ​What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience;
  • Five (5) years equivalent work experience as Software Engineer in Java, experience in frontend development in React/JS would be considered as a plus;
  • Working experience in Cloud native environment including microservices, container orchestrators and auto scaling;
  • Familiarity with Terraform and Cloud resources provisioning;
  • Effective communication – ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other stakeholders like Product Owners, Software Architects etc.;
  • Familiarity with Agile development and tools;
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes;
  • Previous leadership experience.
