- Developing and supporting existing Customers
- Acquiring new Customers
- Negotiate contracts' terms and conditions
- Closely cooperate with Pricing, Procurement and Operations departments
- Report / maintain CRM tool
- Monitor market and competition
- Experience in sales of ground and/or rail freight with strong willingness to develop within this field
- Alternatively, operational experience with willingness to develop is sales
- High customer and service awareness, independent as well as target- and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good command of both Polish and English with overall good communication skills
- Solid PC operational knowledge related to MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM - Customer Relationship Management Systems
- Interesting, quite independent job in global organization with multiple development opportunities

As a KAM Professional you will be responsible for strengthening our presence in Poland, especially with regards to ground and rail. You will take care of the existing accounts, yet your biggest focus would be acquiring new customers.
