    Join our team to develop your potential to be a future reporting specialist under the guidance of experienced controllers. We offer a great and collaborative place to work in the field of Controlling Services. Our continuously growing team of more than 20 professionals is handling numerous commercial and factory controlling tasks.

    As a Trainee you will provide support to Controlling department in the following areas:

  • Support Business Controlling Team with Month End Closing activities
  • Support with calculation of customer bonus rebates
  • Support with uploading accounts plans into specialistic tool
  • Posting and analyzing credit notes
  • Preparing sales reports for external customers
  • Internal processes improvement
  • Assists other Team Members in responding to ad hoc requests, preparing ad hoc analysis and presentations

    This is what you offer

    We are looking for a responsible and motivated person ready for continuous development with an analytical mind and a good eye for detail. You will be supporting many specialists between teams, so it is important to us that you are communicative and open to new challenges. Your previous work experience is important but not crucial - we would also love to hear about relevant projects you have been involved in. In addition, we are looking for a person who is/has:

  • Ideally after second year of Bachelor studies in Accounting or in a related field (e.g. Economics, Finance) - you must have a minimum of one year of study ahead of you
  • Advanced level of English
  • Availability to work at least 20h/week - greater availability on the first working days of the month is important to us
  • Good familiarity with MS Excel (Advanced Formulas & Functions f.ex. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems would be an advantage but is not mandatory
  • Analytical skills and good work organization
  • You live in or near Poznan - our working model is a hybrid
