    Program Summary

    KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

    Job Summary

    As a Senior Operations Coordinator-TOCO(Task Order Close Out-Document Management) you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders and other project-required documents.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Support TOCO Document Management Manager with all aspects associated with the implementation of Document Management Procedures.
    • Assist in the training of DM staff on Document Management Practices and Procedures.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining the projected Closeout timelines.
    • Provide monthly reminder notices.
    • Provide monthly status reports to the Document Management Manager.
    • Assist in ensuring departments meet turn-in deadlines and are compliant in the document management process for record holders.
    • Coordinate with internal KBR customers to ensure Document Management objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to their management chains (as requested or required).
    • Utilize problem solving skills to meet mission objectives using unconventional solutions where necessary.
    • Analyze work processes and develop metrics for measurement of performance (standard criteria will be provided and must be maintained) and understand the results.
    • Respect confidentiality at all times as this role involves exposure to private documents.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

    • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.
    • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in LCV document management procedures to include training, auditing, reporting, and closing out sites.
    • Must have experience in Logistics, Office Administration and Procurement.
    • Must have a thorough understanding of Document File Plans (DFP).
    • Must have a intermediate to advanced knowledge and skills with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Must be able to travel without any restrictions.
    • Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
