    W związku z realizacją projektu dla naszego Klienta - firmy IAV (centrum R&D branży motoryzacyjnej) poszukujemy osób na stanowisko: Project Manager (Chassis)

    • Możliwość pracy w systemie hybrydowym (do 80% czasu pracy)

    • Elastyczne godziny pracy (start między 7:00 a 09:00)

    Zadania:


    • Zarządzanie i koordynacja projektów z obszaru rozwoju podwozi

    • Komunikacja z klientami, dostawcami i działami wewnętrznymi

    • Odpowiedzialność za osiągnięcie celów projektu w zakresie jakości, czasu i kosztów

    • Wdrażanie niezbędnych zmian, zarządzanie ryzykiem, rozwiązywanie problemów oraz opracowywanie strategii rozwiązań

    • Zapewnienie zgodności z wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi standardami oraz planami zapewnienia jakości

    • Kierowanie zespołem projektowym, planowanie zadań i zapewnienie sprawnego przebiegu projektu

    Oczekiwania:


    • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, preferowane z zakresu inżynierii mechanicznej, inżynierii samochodowej lub pokrewnych

    • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie zawodowe w zarządzaniu projektami, najlepiej z certyfikatem PMI lub IPMA

    • Doświadczenie w branży automotive, mile widziane w obszarze rozwoju pojazdów i podwozi

    • Znajomość procesów i standardów przemysłu motoryzacyjnego

    • Pewność siebie w kontaktach z klientami, wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i prezentacyjne

    • Umiejętność pracy w zespole i rozwiązywania konfliktów oraz asertywność

    • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym

    • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego i angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (na poziomie B2/C1)
