Complaint Handling Trainee with Italian

In this role, a typical day will include:

processing of product complaint or feedback records involving Alcon devices and OTC products including intake/system entry, triage,

all related customer communications such as follow up and final response

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Students' status;
• Very good English and Italian level
• Availability – about 20h/30h per week; during academic year
• Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment;
• Focus on details.
