- Nadzór nad rozwojem i wdrażaniem planów dla obszaru technicznego (R&D, jakość, aplikacja)
- Planowanie, wdrażanie i nadzór nad realizacją strategii biznesowej dla podległego obszaru
- Zarządzanie realizacją projektów i zadań zgodnie z określonymi celami i budżetem
- Koordynacja wdrażania zmian konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych w produktach
- Zarządzanie i rozwój kilkuosobowego zespołu – wyznaczanie celów, szkolenie, zatrudnianie
- Bieżąca analiza konkurencji i trendów na rynku filtracji
- Współpraca z innymi zespołami celem dostarczenia produktów najwyższej jakości
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne w zakresie technologii chemicznej / procesowej lub pokrewnych kierunków
- Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe na stanowisku kierowniczym
- Doświadczenie zawodowe w przemyśle w obszarach technicznych, m.in.: konstrukcji, R&D, technologii, zarządzania projektami inwestycyjnymi
- Znajomość urządzeń / procesów filtracji membranowej
- Doskonałe umiejętności przywódcze i organizacyjne
- Znajomość pakietu MS Office, oprogramowania typu CAD
- Zaawansowana znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
- Gotowość do sporadycznych wyjazdów zagranicznych (na terenie Europy)
