Job summary
We are looking for a highly analytical,business-oriented professional to take on
a Group Strategic Sales & Commission Lead role.
This role does not include direct team management,
instead you will work with experts across six countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and harmonize commission frameworks across 6 countries
- Strengthen and manage external strategic partnerships , ensuring long-term value creation for both sides
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities , optimize commission structures , and drive revenue impact
