- Build and manage continuous paid media and campaigns across a variety of channels including but not limited to Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), and programmatic advertising networks
- Work closely with the digital marketing analytics team to track and analyze campaign performance, provide insights and detailing campaign results, key learnings and recommendations for future strategies
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure ad creatives are suitable for the campaign selected channels
- Manage budgets with precision, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact
- Monitor the digital advertising market to spot trends and opportunities, staying updated with the latest marketing technologies and techniques to boost UPM's paid media strategies
- Supportdigital marketing analytics team with basic analysis e.g.tracking performanceandgenerating reports
- Conduct other digital marketing activities as per need
- You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent area of study, and a substantial five-year background in the digital advertising industry, marked by commendable achievements
- You have a very good command of: English (written and verbal) Meta Business Suite LinkedIn Campaign Manager Twitter Ads Google Ads Programmatic Advertising Targeting mechanisms and optimization strategies
- You have at least basic understanding of (considered as an asset): Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Marketing automation tools
- Your skills in communicating and collaborating are highly effective, particularly when it comes to presenting complex information in a clear and persuasive manner
- You are creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
- You are highly organized with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
