    Who we are looking for

    • Business focus and understanding of the organization and key business stakeholders
    • Business - IT and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
    • Proven IT product and service management experience
    • Agile Practitioner or alike
    • ITIL Foundation certification is must
    • BA / BSc in Business Studies or similar
    • Relationship management and strong experience with reporting metrics and tools
    • Ability to work with minimal guidance and willing to take ownership
    • Hands on mentality - Track record in delivering projects or product increments
    • Experience of designing and delivering high quality application architecture and standards
    • Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language and requirements
    • Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills plus the ability to rapidly build knowledge in new areas
    • Understanding / experience in working with outsourced vendor in service management environment
    • Strong understanding of the "IT Service oriented" approach and culture

    Your future role

    • Contact person for application covering (Daily, Contactify, Alleo and being responsible for the roadmap / lifecycle )
    • Drive road map covering design, architecture, in collaboration with LoB, external parties and IT infrastructure team
    • Service-subject matter expert delivering overall service lifecycle support (i.e. root cause analysis, complex problem management, etc.)
    • Governance – Ensuring that all necessary roles (Business Owner, Service Owner, ITS Owner and members of the change advisory board) are defined
    • Issuing and maintaining audit proof product documentation (no major findings, IT Audits at least satisfactory)
    • Own the release management process and facilitate the decision making
    • Maintain ServiceNow CMDB records as required according to the minimum standards
    • Conduct recurring activities to maintain the service throughout a financial year (Year Wheel)
    • Oversight of Total Costs of Ownership incl. License management, estimates time and material, SLAs with internal and external suppliers, recharge agreements and financial
