Responsibilities

• Reduce the structural risks of the supply chain and increase its efficiency.
• Implement best practices to achieve world-class excellence in the supply chain.
• Provide all the necessary support through experience and resources to the projects to achieve the QCD commitments.
• Develop processes to control the delivery of equipment and trains from external suppliers.
• Manage the department's KPIs and budget for the function.
• Analyze and provide solutions to the gaps identified in the current situation, at all times, in the supply chain, taking into account the capacity, cost, risk, development and propose adjustment.
• Ensure that comprehensive analyzes include an understanding of the technologies and economics of supply chains from both external and external providers.
• Carry out a correct and agile reception of materials received from suppliers.
• Storage and placement of materials in the established spaces.
• Control, custody and physical security of the materials within the warehouse.
• Control and management of perishable products and special storage.
• Management of storage areas and spaces for their optimization.
• Management and grouping of transports and shipments for their optimization.
• Definition of materials handling and handling methods and processes.
• Definition of online collection strategies
• Management of internal logistics and online replenishment of materials needed for production.
• Implementation of visual control systems and minimize management times.
• Management of non-conformities and quality batches, both physical and system.
• Compliance with EHS regulations.
• Ensure that the safety requirements are met in the maintenance of everything related to the management, transport and storage of materials critical to safety.
• Notify any alteration in critical elements for the security that are in the warehouse.
• Ensure the correct storage of critical items for safety.
• Comply with the security requirements and satisfactorily execute the agreed actions in terms of security that must be applied in their function or position.
• Provide evidence that guarantees that the security requirements and actions related to their functions have been carried out correctly.
• Transmit the agreed requirements and actions in terms of security within its management and collect the pertinent evidence.
• Transmit the requirements and actions that, in terms of security, and derived from its functions, affect other areas of the organization or external organizations with which it interacts. When appropriate, according to the relevant procedures, collect evidence of compliance with the aforementioned requirements and actions.
• Notify any improvement initiative or problem detected in the field of security.
• Ensure that the personnel under his command have the training, education and information defined and adequate for a correct performance
