We love what, we do and we're good at it. But now we want to be even better For our Energy division team in Warsaw, we are looking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales.
    The role is responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, including technical quotations and support.


    Responsibilities:

    • Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our products or services
    • Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
    • Meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends


    What we require:

    • Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
    • Commercial and basic financial acumen
    • Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Nice to have experience with HVAC or district heating business.
    • Fluency in English and Polish; Ukrainian is a plus
