    Learning & Training Specialist with German

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Learning & Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and administering classroom seminars, workshops, and e-learning sessions, while also serving as the primary point of contact for all Learning & Training inquiries within Bayer's German operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong service delivery attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and administer classroom seminars, workshops as well as e-learning sessions.
  • First point of contact for employees, managers, HR Business Partners and local HR departments of Bayer subgroups, legal entities and service companies in Germany for queries regarding all tasks related to Learning & Training process.
  • Ensure efficient Learning & Training service delivery according to and in line with company policies and standards as well as HR process guidelines, considering German local specifics.
  • Perform proactive stakeholder management with the local and global training community.
  • Support the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces.
  • Support preparation of reports for quality management purposes, as well as more complex HR process-specific reporting on demand.
  • Drive continuous improvement for stakeholder experience, quality standards and further process enhancements, participate in projects.
  • Who You Are:

  • A structured approach, ability to set priorities and to professionally handle customer inquiries.
  • High service delivery attitude and ability to persuade with good communication skills.
  • Team player with strong social skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office package and willingness to develop digital skills (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience - beneficial in HR administration or in a HR Shared Services Environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors MyLearning and experience in L&T administration – beneficial
