    Opis

    Who we are seeking

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and potential understanding of Kantata data models, with deep insight into Salesforce platform technical capabilities
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a corresponding technical role
    • Demonstrated experience in working with relational databases and comprehending data interconnections
    • Proficiency in common system integration methods and technologies such as Web services, SOAP, JSON, REST, APIs, XML, SSO, SQL, and SOQL would be an additional advantage
    • Exceptional issue-solving and diagnostic skills
    • Keen focus on precision and detail
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills
    • Capability to work autonomously and cooperatively within a team
    • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently

    Your role ahead

    • Offering end-user assistance as 1st/2nd line (for internal Deloitte personnel) through ServiceNow,
    • Monitoring and responding to support activities associated with the Kantata application
    • Creating and implementing declarative modifications based on business needs while ensuring minimal interruption and proper documentation
    • Efficiently managing work items linked to change management and engaging with stakeholders when required
    • Performing essential updates and routine health checks to guarantee system stability
    • Conducting regular inspections to detect and resolve interface operation errors
    • Overseeing Kantata tasks via the application launcher and addressing and resolving task errors
    • Extending metadata to configure the system
    • Actively participating in sprint workshops, offering valuable perspectives
    • Updating technical interfaces and documentation as necessary
