Technologies-expected : Python AWS responsibilities : Perform regular maintenance and configuration changes to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (CIAA) application Manage the deployment process, including coordinating and overseeing the go-live activities to ensure seamless transitions Provide ongoing support for the CIAA application, addressing any technical issues or user queries promptly and effectively Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any application-related issues encountered by users Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in machine learning model deployment and application support to enhance the effectiveness of CIAA support services requirements-expected : Good knowledge of Python programming language Familiarity with AWS, demonstrated through practical experience, certification, or completed courses Understanding of machine learning (ML) and data analyst processes
