    What you can look forward to as Quality Engineer in Product Family (m/f/d)

  • Support acquisition process – review of Customer Specific Requirement;
  • Create quality plans to support development and release of new products / processes;
  • Support APQP process;
  • Define EOL (End-of-Line) and in-process inspection points;
  • Define COP (Conformity of production) strategy;
  • Define and monitor introduction of read across / lesson learned activities for product / process;
  • Lead problem-solving activities for core / application projects;
  • Support quality communication with the customer.

    • Your Profile as Quality Engineer in Product Family (m/f/d)

  • Degree in Engineering field or related;
  • Experience in Automotive Industry, with a strong quality background;
  • IATF / ISO knowledge;
  • Knowledge of quality tools e.g. SPC / MSA / FMEA / APQP;
  • Knowledge of RedX methodology as a plus;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Proactive and self-directed;
  • English and Polish skills mandatory, German skill as a plus;
  • VDA 6.3 certified auditor as a plus.
