We are looking for a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for securing high‑quality goods and services at competitive prices while strengthening supplier relationships and improving procurement efficiency. This role involves managing the full purchasing cycle, negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization.

This is Hybrid role and requires 2 office days in Warsaw.
You will be exptected to;
Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation

Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts, and long‑term agreements with suppliers.
Request and evaluate vendor quotes, negotiating optimized pricing, delivery schedules, and service conditions.
Identify new vendors and sourcing opportunities in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.
Drive initiatives to reduce procurement costs and enhance purchasing efficiency.

Procurement Operations

Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for both internal needs and client‑related business activities.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of all contracting and purchasing documentation.
Manage contract lifecycles, including monitoring status, renewals, modifications, and compliance.

Vendor Management

Monitor and report on vendor performance, reliability, and contractual adherence.
Resolve issues related to contracts, delivery, or service quality, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with third‑party vendors to support operational needs.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide procurement support across multiple departments or business units as needed.
Prepare bid packages and assist in competitive tender processes.

Responsibilities

Provides procurement services for broad areas of the organization or business unit.
Assists the Procurement Manager in vendor identification and sourcing.
Requests quotes and negotiates with vendors to improve pricing and delivery options.
Strives to achieve the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability and the vendor's ability to meet required schedules.
Prepares reports on vendor performance, contract status, modifications, renewals, etc.
Identifies and resolves contract, delivery and other issues with third party vendors, referring significant or complex issues to higher levels.
Ensures accurate and timely entry of all contracting documentation.
May prepare bid packages.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Procurement.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 9,700.00 PLN gross to 13,800.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
