    Our Noble Drilling Gdańsk office, which appeared on Tricity map in 2019, is designed to deliver the highest level of services to our Rigs located around the world. Joining us, you will become a part of our team of more than 200 colleagues, all of whom are dedicated to support our fleet, delivering services such as: Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Category Management, Global HR (Crewing, Training, Manning, Employee Cycle, Local HR), Offshore IT, Local IT, Technical HUB, HSSEQ.

    As a Maintenance Superintendent you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of equipment through effective maintenance management.

    Your responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head of Maintenance Systems in all system related areas to support operations
  • Proactively identifying all areas of the CMMS onshore can be improved and optimized, both short term and long term
  • Working closely with the rig teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives related to improvements
  • Developing tools and programs as required to support an efficient back-end management of large quantities of data
  • Developing and maintaining business intelligence aspects around CMMS setup, supporting proactive QA/QC
  • Supporting activities in relation to relevant import/export of historical CMMS data
  • Assisting in the development, tracking, report generation and analysis of maintenance system KPI's
  • Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant field experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, IFS and CMMS
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • SQL code/programming skills to independently develop programs for analysis and mass data uploads into the CMMS system
  • Knowledge about CMMS hierarchy structure and individual equipment/object tagging
  • Familiarity with Python code or similar scripting language
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and constructively at all levels within the organization
