- Support in the implementation of a solution integrating the SAP system with the KSeF platform
- Tasks to be performed:
- Recognition of the client's processes in the area of sales and purchase invoices based on the checklist provided by the client
- Fit-gap analysis - identification of data missing in SAP, but required to create a correct XML file in the KSeF schema and development of recommendations for changes in processes or the SAP system
- Discussion of mapping of KSeF schema fields with fields in SAP, verification of standard mapping compliance with client's needs, creation of workshop minutes and recommendations for changes in the process or SAP system
- Preparation of a business concept based on workshop minutes in Polish or English (one of the languages, depending on client's requirements)
- Support the client in creating test scenarios based on the template provided by the contractor
- Implementation of configuration according to SAP instructions based on workshop minutes
- Conducting integration tests and internal tests of the solution based on the created test scenarios
- Conducting user training and UAT support
- Go-live and hypercare support after go-live
- It is planned to implement many projects simultaneously
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar is required.
- 3y+ experience working as a functional consultant for SAP FI is essential
- Experience in independent planning and execution of tasks in an implementation project
- Experience in conducting workshops with the client, determining business requirements, experience in business analysis
- Required knowledge of requirements related to invoice processing in KSeF, knowledge of KSeF XML schema
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- English at B2+ level (fluent)
