Job summary
With general autonomy the Operations Manager holds responsibility for the administrative and operational leadership of LOGCAP Program serving as an Operations Manager for LOGCAP V U.S European Command EUCOM combatant command Task Order s this role involves supporting all sites within the Task Order and contributing to the startup of new sites transition and demobilization of sites services conducts analyses of operational performance monitors performance indicators and stays current on all operational issues affecting the Task Order coordinates with the Program Management Office PMO for information and reports supports assists Task Order Management in their responsibilities ensures that PMO receives timely accurate relevant information related to EUCOM Task Order s oversees coordinates all operations functions within EUCOM Task Oders operates under direct supervision of task order manager or designee dotted line reporting relationship Army Strategic Programs Senior Operations Manager executes operations management duties including oversight internal external reporting requirements preparation activities transitions new project start ups demobilizations roles responsibilities must be cognizant facets base life support logistics operations organizes oversees activities standing ad hoc teams working groups possesses experience Maximo system Microsoft Office suite software capable learning applying additional software applications proficient in program management office operations desktop operating procedures employee messages incident reporting requirements crisis management action team protocols situation reports aircraft accident incident emergency response plans master schedule work executes assignments operations leader carries coordination activities task order manager pmo manages contractual reporting requirements oversees personnel assigned manage cross functional coordination preparation deployment new project start ups transition activities demobilizations attends documents meeting minutes distribution sharepoint after action report memorandum record platform performs other duties assigned basic qualifications required education experience skills certifications requires high school diploma equivalent proficiency written spoken english required have 3 years overseas deployment experience logcap assignment specifically operations management role minimum one year previous senior operation coordinator experience military equivalent previous experience personnel management require extensive working knowledge microsoft office word visio powerpoint outlook excel teams etc possess understanding logcap concept include performance work statement pws associate technical exhibits experienced using sharepoint possess passport book least 15 months remaining validity visa stamp pages remaining driver license least six months remaining preferred qualifications typically acquired undergraduate degree years experience lieu degree possesses maximo system microsoft office suite software capable learning applying additional software applications appian system familiarity development basis estimate boe master schedule work msow knowledge hands on requirement kbr benefits competitive lifestyle benefits medical dental insurance ad d r r employee support program career advancement professional training development candidates meet visa work permit requirements country assignment considered eligible employment
