Job summary
The CIS Network Administration Technician is responsible for providing expert-level management, support, and maintenance of the network infrastructure (LAN).
The role involves ensuring the secure, reliable and efficient operation of network services in accordance with NATO and NCIA requirements.
The technician will play a key role in incident resolution, network configuration documentation and ongoing system improvements to support NATO missions

- Perform daily management monitoring and support of network devices and infrastructure including switches routers firewalls access points controllers.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents adhering to SLA response times minimizing network downtime.
