- Designing, constructing, and maintaining chatbots and voicebots for client projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Contributing to the evolution of conversational AI strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in both German and English at C1 level or above.
- Previous experience in AI or NLP projects.
- A Master's Degree, preferably in Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of bot structure and design principles.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in additional languages at B1 level or above.
- Familiarity with Google tools such as Docs and Sheets.
- Experience with Dialogflow ES/CX, Python, Regex, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, and SSML.
