    Operations Finance Manager (18-month secondment/FTC)

    Location:

    Warsaw Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office Operations Finance Manager will play an essential role in supporting the Associate Director – Manufacturing Accounting in the delivery of the scorecard goals and objectives.

    Additionally acting as the primary contact for the CFO, Finance Business Partners and functional leaders, the role connects GFS with Embedded Finance, providing clarity, challenge and strategic financial guidance Person in the role may be required to:
    use own expertise to lead or contribute to special projects across Finance and in the team, coach and mentor Analysts, work closely with Associate Director to deliver timely and accurate tasks, provide quality financial analysis and insightful commentaries to the business, including reporting for the planning cycles and to develop and improve those same processes over time


    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Line Management

    • Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop a team of manufacturing analysts, ensuring high‑quality delivery and compliance with global processes.
    • Hold regular development discussions to support continuous learning, skill-building and career growth.
    • Ensure strong understanding of customer needs and business drivers across the team.
    • Build a culture of transparency, empowerment, inclusion, and strong collaboration.
    • Promote team visibility, proactive communication, and effective cross‑team support. 2. Coordinating of MEC, Reporting, Planning
