- Min. 5 letnie doświadczenie w pracy na operacyjnym stanowisku dedykowanym do obsługi zleceń morsko-lotniczych (szczególny nacisk na doświadczenie w imporcie przesyłek lotniczych)
- Przynajmniej roczne doświadczenie w zarządzaniu kilkuosobowym zespołem
- Umiejętność układania i optymalizowania procesów logistycznych
- Doświadczenie we współpracy z armatorami, agentami lotniczymi oraz przewoźnikami drogowymi
- Znajomość języka angielskiego w swobodnym komunikowaniu się w mowie i piśmie (przynajmniej B2)
- Nadzorowanie i koordynowanie prac niedużego zespołu odpowiedzialnego za operacyjną obsługę klienta w ramach spedycji morskiej i lotniczej
- Wdrażanie efektywnych procesów operacyjnych dla transportu morskiego i lotniczego w celu zminimalizowania kosztów i czasu realizacji
- Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z partnerami biznesowymi oraz dostawcami
- Motywowanie, szkolenie i rozwijanie podległego zespołu
- Przygotowywanie regularnych raportów dotyczących efektywności operacyjnej i kosztowej
- Zapewnienie zgodności operacji z przepisami celnymi, prawnymi i regulacyjnymi
- Identyfikowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów operacyjnych
