    Job Description

    Twoje zadania i obowiązki

    Rola
    (Część procesowa) Wspieranie kierowników działów w wydajnej i bezpiecznej realizacji głównych i pomocniczych procesów operacyjnych produkcji oleju rzepakowego. Zadaniem pracownika będzie kompleksowe identyfikowanie, inicjowanie i wdrażanie udoskonaleń procesowych w zakładzie ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zasad bezpieczeństwa i optymalizacji kosztów.
    (Część projektowa) Realizacja projektów inżynierskich począwszy od fazy koncepcyjno-rozwojowej, poprzez planowanie, kosztorysowanie i zatwierdzenie, aż do instalacji i wdrożenia w zakładzie. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie także odpowiedzialna za szereg innych projektów realizowanych na mniejszą lub średnią skalę, będących już na różnych etapach zaawansowania w zakładzie produkcyjnym.

    Zadania
    Część procesowa:

    • Rozwiązywanie problemów procesowych/ doradztwo w zakresie działań naprawczych

    • Zgłaszanie i reagowanie na błędy, awarie i niezgodności wpływające na jakość produktu

    • Zgłaszanie i reagowanie na błędy, awarie i niezgodności dotyczące BHP i ochrony środowiska

    • Projektowanie i wdrażanie zmian procesowych, nadzór nad bezpieczeństwem i wydajnością

    • Nadzorowanie pracy firm zewnętrznych oraz pracowników ADM podczas wykonywania przydzielonych prac i zadań

    • Przeprowadzanie ocen ryzyka i audytów wymaganych do zapewnienia zgodności z obowiązującymi przepisami i wytycznymi ADM

    • Integracja z zespołem produkcyjnym ADM Szamotuły, uczestnictwo w spotkaniach i wspólnych projektach/ pracach komisji według potrzeb

    Część projektowa:

    • Kompleksowe zarządzanie mniejszymi i średnimi projektami z zakresu inżynierii procesowej, odgrywanie kluczowej roli w realizacji projektów na dużą skalę obejmujących funkcjonowanie całego zakładu

    • Projektowanie, kosztorysowanie, instalowanie i wdrożenie wszystkich aspektów realizowanego projektu

    • Zapewnienie zgodności nowych instalacji z wymogami BHP, HACCP, GMP, itp.

    • Utrzymywanie bezpieczeństwa i niezawodności istniejącego sprzętu podczas wdrażania projektu

    • Opracowanie specyfikacji funkcjonalnych i technicznych dla wszystkich elementów projektu

    • Identyfikowanie możliwości poprawy wyników i/lub oszczędności

    Nasze wymagania

    • Wykształcenie wyższe na kierunku chemia, mechanika i budowa maszyn, a także technologia żywności lub innym kierunku ściśle związanym z przemysłem przetwórczym

    • Płynne posługiwanie się językiem angielskim (min. B2) i polskim

    • Doskonałe posługiwanie się pakietem MS Office

    • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne pisemne i ustne oraz umiejętność komunikowania się z kolegami oraz pracownikami firm zewnętrznych na wszystkich poziomach


    • Dobre umiejętności organizacyjne i zdolność rozwiązywania problemów

    • Elastyczne podejście do pracy, gotowość do pracy w sytuacji wystąpienia sprzecznych żądań i okazjonalnie pracy fizycznej w trudnych warunkach

    • Pozytywne nastawienie ukierunkowane na skuteczność działania i uzyskiwane wyniki

    • Dodatkowym atutem będzie doświadczenie w systemach lean manufacturing
