    Job Description

    You feel comfortable with Program/ project management and you are keen to develop more in this area, you found the right team.

    As an Associate within the Finance Reference Data Team, you will collaborate with Line of Business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Consumers, and technology teams to facilitate the execution of large to medium-scale infrastructure programs. Your role will be pivotal in the Finance Business Architecture (FFBA) Reference Data team, managing the delivery of substantial infrastructure programs and business process change management events to ensure the provision of accurate, complete, and consistent data for both internal financial reporting and external regulatory reporting.

    You will offer a centralized program management and business analysis capability, targeted program governance, and consistent application of program management standards, including system testing and change management practices. Your current focus will be on supervising the Data Acquisition framework for strategic and legacy Finance, Treasury Chief Investment Office (TCIO), and Wholesale Credit Risk platforms.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Drives end-to-end project strategy discussions, develops and delivers plans for successful project delivery of Firmwide and Line of Business (LOB) change events impacting Finance Risk, and Treasury reporting
    • Identifies and drives solutions for business process re-engineering activities, along with creating supporting documentation and end-user operational experience
    • Provides oversight of the release plan inclusive of project or release scope, critical milestones, sourcing requirements, test strategy and execution and implementation checklists, and stakeholder/technology activities
    • Gathers and documents business/data requirement documents
    • Coordinates JIRA grooming, tests execution, and Issue Resolutions
    • Influences and communicates with senior stakeholder (business, operations, technology) relationships
    • Facilitates resolution of the book of data quality issues; leads stakeholder working groups to progress issues through lifecycle

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of program and /or project management experience
    • Experience in delivering large to medium-complexity programs and managing related senior stakeholder relationships
    • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to wear multiple hats – both tactical and strategic

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Understanding of Financial and/or Regulatory reporting processes; understanding of Reference Data and related is a plus
    • Previous experience in Finance, Risk, or Reference Data Functions a plus
    • Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA, and SQL tool plus
