For our client — a fast-growing hygiene & cosmetics manufacturing company operating across Poland and European markets— we are recruiting:
IT Auditor / IT Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to perform an initial internal IT audit (per provided plan), implement required improvements (security, policies, processes), and prepare the organization for a subsequent external audit. The successful candidate will have a clear career path after successful delivery and demonstrated results. The environment is SAP-centered for accounting and production.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive internal IT audit according to the supplied audit plan.
- Develop, prioritize and implement remediation actions and security improvements.
- Create, standardize and maintain IT documentation including purchasing policy, administrative rights/access management, and role delegation procedures.
- Design and implement IT department processes: incident management, backup/recovery, monitoring, change management, and SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with accounting and production teams to ensure SAP systems' compliance, security, and operational continuity.
- Prepare the IT environment and support activities for an external IT audit.
- Report audit findings, risk assessments and implementation progress to client management.
Train staff and ensure knowledge transfer for new procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- 5 –7 years' relevant experience in IT, IT audit, information security, or IT management.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (financial and production modules advantageous).
- Solid knowledge of access controls, identity & privilege management, security policies, backup strategies and change management.
- Proven track record conducting internal IT audits and preparing organizations for external audits.
- Demonstrated ability to write and implement IT policies, procedures and governance.
- Fluent English required;
- Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
Experience in manufacturing/production environments is essential.
