    Naszym klientem jest międzynarodowy sklep internetowy oferujący swoje produkty na kilkunastu rynkach. W związku z rozbudową struktur operacyjnych poszukiwani są doświadczeni kandydaci zainteresowani rozwojem na stanowisku E-commerce Supply Chain Managera.

    Zakres obowiązków:

    • Zarządzanie obszarem supply chain w ramach globalnych struktur firmy oraz prowadzenie rozproszonych zespołów
    • Monitorowanie poziomu zapasów produktów i surowców, identyfikowanie braków oraz zapewnienie wystarczających zapasów dla wszystkich kanałów dystrybucji i bezpośrednich zamówień klientów
    • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami marketingu i sprzedaży w celu dopasowania prognozowania zapasów do celów biznesowych
    • Praca z zaawansowanymi narzędziami do planowania zapasów, zakupów oraz zarządzania stockiem
    • Monitorowanie rynku oraz działań konkurencji w celu dopasowania strategii działania w zakresie supply chain do bieżącej sytuacji rynkowej
    • Budowanie i rozwijanie relacji biznesowych, maksymalizacja efektywności działania firmy
    • Wdrażanie polityk i procedur kosztowych odpowiadającym aktualnym potrzebom biznesowym.

    Wymagania:

    • Wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw, logistyce i transporcie lub Finansach i Ekonomii
    • Przynajmniej 3 letnie doświadczenie na analogicznym stanowisku managerskim w obszarze zarządzania zapasami i ich prognozowaniu w branży e-commerce (B2C lub B2B) - wymóg bezwzględny
    • Doświadczenie we współpracy z dostawcami spoza UE (głównie Daleki Wschód)
    • Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego umożliwiająca codzienną komunikację z zagranicznymi oddziałami firmy
    • Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów i systemów łańcuchów dostaw w środowisku biznesowym
    • Bardzo dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne związane z obsługą systemów klasy ERP i MRP
    • Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów związanych z tematyką inboundu oraz stock managementu.
    • Bardzo dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności organizacyjne, interpersonalne oraz przywódcze
