    For our team, located in Warsaw we are looking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our diverse range of products and solutions to key customers within the food industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and water sector, including food processing plants, beverage manufacturers, brewery plants
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
    • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and capabilities, effectively communicating these details to potential clients
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services
    • Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic sales approaches
    • Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and offering expertise on product application and implementation

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Food processing, Mechanical Engineering)
    • Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels
    • Experience in leading projects
    • Technical aptitude and the ability to convey complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients
    • Fluency in English and Polish
