- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and capabilities, effectively communicating these details to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic sales approaches
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and offering expertise on product application and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Food processing, Mechanical Engineering)
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels
- Experience in leading projects
- Technical aptitude and the ability to convey complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients
- Fluency in English and Polish
