    About the role

    The Data Product Analyst is accountable for defining, implementing, and supporting data products in one or more areas of expertise. They are expected to have depth of knowledge in data product management best practices, as well as specialize in one or more areas of business process or domain expertise. Their expertise plays a significant role in shaping the overall data product strategies and roadmaps. They lead, and are responsible for achieving product deliverables, including execution of the product strategy in line with committed milestones and business outcomes. And they will work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, market data, customer insights, and external trends to bring best practices and innovative solutions to help shape product roadmaps. They will collaborate closely with the Business, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful agile product development, and ensure project milestones and budgets are met.

    The role is part of the Quality & Supply Chain Technology team and reports through the Data Product Director. The Job holder will be based in Poland, Poznan or Warsaw.

    Key responsibilities

  • Take full accountability and provide oversight for the successful delivery of all experiments and projects within the product scope.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and QSC, ensuring seamless alignment and effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of released features and products, providing actionable insights to enhance existing offerings and guide future development.
  • Lead the product team in adhering to Agile principles and methodologies, ensuring that product development processes are nimble, iterative, and responsive to changing market dynamics and customer needs. This includes overseeing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and flexibility in the development process.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitors' products, identifying opportunities for our products to gain a competitive edge.
  • Provides input to Product architecture, aligning across the Tech organisation on standards relating to platforms, cyber security, strategic vendors & delivery models. Ensure robust governance are in place and lead governance bodies to approve experiments and product improvement projects.
  • Qualifications and skills

    Essential

  • Proficiency with data products, data governance, data architecture
  • Applied knowledge and experience with data products and integration technologies
  • Experience in data product development, deployment & maintenance
  • Knowledge of supply chain technologies and trends
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred

  • Good presentation and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project Management (5+ years)
  • Technical mastery in implementing and supporting data products (5+ years)
