Job summary
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide service for business customers / partners of Newell Brands in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as supervising the processing of orders in cooperation with warehouse and forwarders.
Responsibilities
- Processing container orders in close cooperation with the warehouse and forwarders,
- Being the main point of the 3rd party process,
- Process sales orders placed by customers, sales agents, internal orders ,
- Raise requests for creating customers' accounts and changes ,
