- Building and maintaining good relationships with local agency leads in the CEE region as well as CEE production hubs to deliver on the Client's creative production needs with the highest standards of quality and within designated deadlines.
- Managing complex through-the-line international production projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Mitigating risks, solving problems and delivering on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams.
- Fluent business English – both written and spoken is a must.
- Senior stakeholder management experience and the ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding key timings for inputs.
- Experience in working on an international account.
- Very good and efficient time management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter, fast learner & can-do spirit.
- Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience in healthcare sector will be a strong plus.
