- Lead end-to-end development of Java applications, from design and architecture to deployment and maintenance
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing performance and addressing scalability challenges
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Experience with microservices architecture - nice to have
