- Support Sourcing in negotiating supplier agreements
- Maintain relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Forecast and book technical training as well as safety-related courses
- Create and manage POs/PRs for training activities
- Maintain course and user administration in the Learning Management System
- Arrange and book external courses
- Help line managers plan safety and technical training programs for individual employees
- Experienced and background in training and administration
- Relevant education degree
- Good knowledge and experience from the wind industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Structured, analytical and detail oriented
- Coaching and organizational skills
