Technologies-expected : Google Cloud Platform Docker Bash Shell Java Linux Git Hub about-project : As a Dev Ops Team Lead Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, leading the Wholesale Digital Team.

The team is tasked with onboarding solutions for external clients and optimizing workflows for internal users.

Currently, the focus lies on migrating various products to a new GKE / GCP environment while maintaining high release cadence and zero downtime.

Your role entails full ownership of end-to-end delivery, from idea inception to production deployment, challenging conventional norms to achieve excellence.

Join us, and architect the next era of digital infrastructure Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 80% remotely responsibilities : Lead a team of 4 engineers Deliver changes to production daily Collaborate closely with the development team and product owners to develop solutions aligned with business requirements Provide production support for ongoing product operations Establish and maintain distributed containerized platforms in production Review, design, and enhance processes using new technologies to boost performance Support knowledge sharing in the GKE/GCP space to help the whole team develop skills to support the infrastructure Work closely with a globally distributed team to ensure round the clock support and development of products requirements-expected : Hands-on experience in Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment (CICD)

Proficiency in platform and systems architecture, especially in microservices, containerization, and cloud-native applications Expertise in Cloud Native Technologies like GKE, GCP, and Docker Understanding of JVM tuning and diagnostic for application troubleshooting and performance optimization Familiarity with traditional technologies such as Bash/Shell, Java, Unix/Linux, and Git Hub Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure/services, particularly Google Cloud Platform Demonstrable communication skills across a global organization Ability to drive solution design discussions with various senior stakeholders Proven ability to make prompt and practical business decisions, even in ambiguous situations, and deliver excellent customer service Fluent English benefits :
