- Key user of the assigned sourcing platforms shared with customer – account creation, updates, uploads
- Communicate with customers on platform/systems issues and resolve them
- Making sure the platforms are configured in line with customer requirements: photos, technical drawings, specifications etc.
- Ensuring information on products and pricing is accurate in sourcing platforms and ERP system with respect to specification and agreed pricing
- Facilitating cooperation between ISM/KAM and operational companies to meet customer needs
- Support the process of onboarding new customers in cooperation with commercial account manager and relevant local Ammega entity . communicate account infomation between customer and operating company (Customer Solution Center)
- Preparation of various ad hoc reports as requested
- Support various ISM & KA initiatives and customer events . industry meetings
- Monitors variables in Sales Agreements of Global Strategic Accounts
- Min. 1 – 3 years' experience in customer service or technical support function
- Basic knowledge of Ammega products - belting
- Very good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of other language will be an asset
- Very good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
