    Responsibilities:

  • Caring for the sales development through the implementation of "Order-to-cash" process (starting from the order, through his service; customer claim handling and execution)
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and taking care of them; phone and e-mail contact with customers (update on delivery of products), answering product and service questions, solving logistics issues, participation in global productivity projects
  • Cooperation and coordination of operational activities with other departments of the company in terms of customer orders (local Sales and Marketing, Warehouse; Financial Controlling, Planners, Transport Company)
  • Processing customer orders in SAP
  • Solving the claims of customers
  • Create and maintain customer credit and debit notes
  • Requirements:

  • Desired - work experience in customer service
  • Fluent Polish , good knowledge of English
  • Excel: required
  • Advantage: experience in working on SAP system
  • Problem-solving oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Great organization skills with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit
  • We offer:

  • Employment contract – 6 months fixed term, with possibility of extension (employment by external agency - Grafton)
  • Remote Work (in the first weeks, occasional office presence at the Warsaw Office might be required. Office – 10 meters from Metro Rondo Daszyńskiego underground station)
